Stole all of my mortgage payments for the 2006.instead of applying them to my mortgage, they kept the money and sold my loan to GMAC MORTGAGE. And needless to say, GMAC came asking for $28,000 inwhich lead to forclosure sale. Sherman Oaks

This letter comes to express the heart-felt traumatic experiences with 3 different mortgage companies. Acoustic, was the first lender, later Metro City bought out Acoustic. Metro then sold my loan to GMAC, which is now my lender. GMAC started to send me mortgage statements stating I owed $28,000.00. Giovanni Kalfani a representative of Metro City stated I should send my mortgage payments payable to Acoustic and address it to his attention, "Giovanni Kalfani" and he stated he would walk the payments upstairs to Acoustics department, Acoustics was in existence however, closed once my loan was transferred to them.

In August Giovanni Kalfani resigned from Metro City and expressed to me the company was deceiving of all their clients. The mortgage lender company was closing down because they tend to put homeowners into high cost loans: such as myself. Metro City spoke to GMAC, which bought my loan but do not have on file any written record of mortgage payment for the year of 2006. Metro City relied this message to GMAC when my loan was sold to them.

I have exhausted all avenues of assistant, hoping for someone to help me with this matter. After speaking with five different lawyers, who inform me I have an excellent case, however representation would cost me three hundred dollars an hour; my current financial situation would not afford me a lawyer. This matter has forced to file bankruptcy. Which is why I am seeking your assistance.

During the process I have spoken with someone from DRE (Department of Real-estate). After my complaint was filed, my case was assigned to Howard Alston, who is the Deputy of Commissioner at the Department of Real-estate company. Mr. Alston took my statement and complaint, he later referred me to the District Attorney's office, who told me they didn't handled cases of this magnitude.

My recent complaint has gone before NACA (National Association of Consumer Advocates), which is a nonprofit organization it's nationwide organization of more than 1000 attorneys who represent and have represented hundreds of thousands of consumers victimized by fraudulent, abusive and predatory business practices

As of today Sept. 12, I have not heard from anyone. My house is on the market to be sold at 10:30 A.M.

As a single mother, for the last 10 years I have enjoyed being a homeowner with my children and grandchildren. Now, I face the difficultly of having my family being separated from the environment we have come accustomed to live in and the security it offered.
