Worst Customer Service Ever! - Broke unit upon delivery and not fixing it

We ordered a stackable washer and dryer a few weeks ago and set up to have it delivered. First of all, the delivery guy showed up 2 hours past the window we were given. Then bringing in the washer he was being careless and busted the door on our washer. He promised to get another and bring it out the next day for us. We've never heard from him again - that was a week ago. We have made numerous calls to the managers, and they haven't been any help either. One guy promised us someone would be out several days ago, but we were stood up.

They refuse to do any kind of refund for their horrible service and refuse to work around our schedule, causing us to lose hours at work. We have another promised time set up that someone is supposed to fix our door, so we'll see if it happens.

They were also no help when it came to stacking our unit. They sent us to a place, making it sound like a piece of cake to pick up a stacking kit to do it all. The store they sent us to had no idea which stacking kit to use, and when they called City Discount Appliance were treated rudely and not given any help. We have gone through 4 different stacking kits trying to find the right one and at least got sent in the right direction by Home Depot finally!

These guys are horrible - I would never buy from them again. I could have paid a little bit more and had it done right the first time (or even the second or third!). This has been ridiculous! I have never experienced such terrible customer service.
