Dick and Mary Miner are crooks. They scam homeowners out of money by providing a horrible product to their consumers. They take out the construction loan, spend it on vacations, by cars, build their own home essentially committing loan fraud.
The homes that they have built as DM BUILDERS are built with very low standards. They try to reel in potential pre-sale buyers by qouting them very competitive prices. However they never pay their subcontractors or material companies.
They have multiple leins on one paticular house and are trying to scam someone else into buying it as we speak. They have been sued numerous times and always find a way out of paying by hiding their assets.
