When Great Western was hit with a class action suit from a group of new home owners, they didn't panic... They just threw the 5 sub-contractors under the bus and blamed it all on us. Then we were responsible for hiring our own attorney to defend ourselves against a suit filed against the builder. I've never seen anything like it... Make us cut corners, then throw us to the wolves when the suits start flying. This posting is for anyone who was unfortunate enough to buy a home from Great Western / K. Hov.in case you were wondering why the construction of your home was so bad... Notice how they changed their name? That's because the former "Piece of Sh*t" owner of the company, SCOTT SMITH could no longer take the heat & he sold out to K. Hov so they would inherit all the problems and angry homeowners. I truely feel bad for anyone who purchased a home from this Bad Builder. If they could see inside the walls of their home... They would be horrified!
