Steve C. Did not refund 2677.50 on cancelled order, only refunded deposit amount of 442.50

Order was placed on april 28. I was told there would be further delays on my already overdue order. I told them to cancel order. They refunded my initial deposit of442.50 on april 28, but never refunded the remaining amount of2677.50. I have documentation through e-mails that I would be definitely reunded the difference. I can send you these documents if you would like, they are self explanitory. I have contacted BBB and Attorney General but have had no success. My only recourse is small claims court which is difficult and expensive considering I live in Indianapolis. Please help me with this delema!
