Non delivery of table and no refund! Elwell

I placed an order for a kitchen table on April. I was told the manufacture in China was having trouble building the table.in Oct. After no delivery and no promises when it would be shipped, I canceled my order. After months of fighting with them on my refund, I contacted the BBB in Jan. 2008. To this day I still have not got my $1,076.96 refund. I call CS and am told it was sent to be refunded with no results. After contacting my credit card company I was told it was to late to do a reversal, you only have * 118 days * after purchase to reverse a charge! Now that I know I will not be taken advantage of again.

Be aware of this company, there were several complaints at the BBB that I should have checked out before buying from them. Pretty much I am screwed at this point since I live in another state and filing a small claims court would be impossible.
