SCAM SCAM SCAM ripoff

A&E has been to my house FIVE times to repair my washing machine, which is made by Haier - another rip off company. Anyway they come to my house, make a diagnosis, order parts that never come or get delivered elsewhere (this takes months).

When the part goes bad in less than 3 months they claim the part is only covered for 90 days. These 'parts' cost a couple hundred dollars! Haier blames A&E, A&E blames Haier. Two parts in 3 months cost $600.00. They seriously think I should pay. They ordered and installed the bad part from Haier - this took a couple of visits and replacing a couple of different things because the technician really didn't know what was wrong!

At this point, for that kind of money, I could have a new washing machine! A&E is impossible to schedule an appt with. They only do 8-5 pm appointments - no nights or weekends - but when I leave the house at 5:30pm they call to say they are coming at 6pm? Then they won't come back for weeks because I 'missed' the appointment.

I just don't understand! The folks that answer the phone can't even find my account because it is now under a different last name? I have had FIVE visits from these clowns and I have a reciept in front of me with the technicians name that took my $300.00 check but they can't find my account because they name has now changed? Help me please - someone!
