Patch perfect is a ripoff

My mother got this for my brothers birthday. He lives in tacoma wa where theres no shortage of water. They spred it on may 20th and to date not one blade of grass has come up. Then my mom called to get a refund and they stated she would have to pay return postage on an empty Jar plus some $5.00 handling fee. So Im just letting people know theres no easy fix with this product. Stay clear!!!
