Terrible organization!

April 27, after calling numerous storm shutter businesses I came across SSMF. They arrived on the scene were excellent followed-up calling and arrived twice to measure prior to the agreement was authorized. I had been informed 12 months for installation and below I stay 12 months later without any storm shades and obtaining no-where using the organization. They do not return telephone calls. I've been hung-up on after I have requested for my cash back. I've stuffed a using the BBB. And Building and Profes. Reg (condition). I went along there a week ago in the future face-to-face together and undoubtedly these were shut for that long-weekend (Jewish Holiday). I did so nevertheless find somebody in the primary office of SSMF. He advised me these were attempting to separate in the storm area of the company and he'd nothing related to it and maynot help me. Fascinating enough although the Leader may be the same for both businesses... Fran Green. Our next thing is likely to be small claims court. Please no body else get tousled with this terrible organization. I also discovered an aged woman exactly the same evening after I was down there who had been within the same scenario.
