Center Street Lofts did not fix anything they said that they were going to fix. The floors are buckling the windows are framed incorrect and they are slanted. Our windows leek when it rains out and our patio pools up. They have been very difficult to deal with and do not want to fix a thing after they received their money at closing. The air-conditioner does not work properly.

I would not recommend buying a loft from them they do not build a quality product. The lofts have many problems and the builder is not willing to fix any of them. They charge almost 300 a month for a association fee and do nothing for the money that they collect.
