Don't Do it! Reconsider!
This is not a luxury building, no matter what they tell you. Don't believe the propaganda. It is not worth the money.

I
thought this building was really cool a year and a half ago. It had a
nice pool on the roof, and it was pretty nice amenities for the price.

Then
the new management came in, and things started falling apart. They
decided to rip up the roof and make a "better pool area", leaving the
tenants with nowhere to go. They started major construction which tied
up the elevators (and broke them for hours at a time).

The lack
of hot water has constantly been an issue. The stench of urine from
homeless people around the building has never been addressed. The
windows have NEVER been cleaned.

Parking is a nightmare.
