(His cell phone is 612-986-1066) Michael Prieskorn created a elaborate plan decieving investors into buying supposedly discount builder closeouts and then pocketing the proceeds at closing. He made payments for several months and then fled town leaving 90 investors and 300 properties in his dust, not to mention the millions of dollars he swindled.
