I hired this company to move from one state to another, I was quoted one amount for the move one of their salesmen (he'll try to hook you in by offering 50% off if you give your credit card number at that moment to "hold" the price), later I was told by the manager that I was miss quoted so they sent another estimated quote, which was fine, later the manager calls again saying the quote was off, and after a long argument said he fired the other sales men and he "personally" sent out a quote stating the most it will cost for the move, which was still in my budget.

I finally move and when I get to my destination am billed an excess of 1200.00. They expect you to pay for them to return to the point of origin, (a hidden fee they call "travel time" which they never define) in Queens NY. They will NEVER mention this to you nor will it ever be in any of their quotes. Please be careful. Do it yourself and save yourself the trouble, its not worth it. They may seem cheap but they don't give you an accurate estimate.
