Scam artist, sent a simple email question get rude responses back

Purchased product realized not what I wanted sent email regarding cancelling and received confirmation. Then asked if I had already been charged and became rude in emails and refused to answer me told me to call my cc company. Did get charged and refunded but was called very rude names and treated very badly. Plad3d.com has blueprinting and 3d available but nasty service reflects bad on the product and I hope noone else has to deal with this company.
