Santos Gil is NOT a licensed contractor.instead, he pretends to be licensed while actually using a license belonging to his father. He collected many thousands of dollars from us and did nothing but hire engineers to do the preliminary work. He then made himself scarce along with our money. He refused to give an accounting of the money and refused to return phone calls. We didn't hear from him again until after we began a lawsuit. It looks like all of our money is gone. It will take more thousands to pay attorneys and many months in court to seek justice. Please learn from our mistake and slam the door in this man's face.
