Scott Walker Did not finish landscapping job. Created erosion problem. Ripoff

Mr Scott Walker agreed to create a meadow in my backyard usin wildflower seeds that I had purchased. The plan was to create a path around the perimeter of the yard with a dry stream bed at one side to help prevent erosion. This much was done. However, the steps down to the yard had no handrail and were unfinished; I had to add the handrail and an additional step. Stone was used in the path and washes out with every rainfall. Bad erosion occurred along the path on one side and Mr Walker refused to fix the problem.

I finally had to dig a ditch by hand to stop the path from washing out. A culvert had been in the plan for the bottom of the yard. Mr Walker finally sent a friend over to finish that part of the job. The list goes on. Mr Walker did a very incomplete job and refused to come back to fix the problems he caused with his poor workmanship.
