Quality was a joke-I worked for KHOV as a superintendent! Ripoff

I worked for KHOV for about 6 months. I saw first hand how they looked the other way when it comes to quality... That is if the quality inspector likes you! If they don't they will make stuff up to fix, even if they have passed other homes with the same problems! I have hundreds of pictures that show poor quality, but it was let go because the quality inspector liked the superintendent, (she actually told me this!) Crooked walls, gable vents installed upside down, thereby allowing water leaks, were normal! The superintendent I worked with actually told me he couldn't read blueprints!!! What a joke this company is. I got out before my reputation was tarnished, but what a mistake working for them. Good luck if you buy a KHOV home... I never would!
