Have you noticed that those sites now revert to KHov's communist pig website? They are scared shitless that you'll hear the truth so they're using their big-bucks (from ripping people off) to SILENCE anyone, and I mean ANYONE who tries to tell the truth. Any company who does this, guess what IS GUILTY!!! This company is shady, sloppy and does not give a damn what they do.in fact y'all - let me say this as an insider... Your mortgage officers that you THINK are responsible, experienced and drug tested??? HAHAHA NOT!!! One of them is a career WAITRESS! A waitress with nothing more than a high school education who worked for a while at KHov, was a good enough bullshi*er and ended up selling YOU mortgages? What's more? One of those people has a police record for forgery and credit fraud. Her own company K Hov couldn't even write her a mortgage because she defaulted on loans and failed to pay off a bankruptcy. K Hov was SOOOOOO eager to unload some crap homes that they had a trustee guaranty a loan for their own employee just to shut her up and get one more home off the market. Do you really want loan officers who commit fraud and don't pay their bills underwriting your loans, or those who commit fraud with other's SSN's to have YOUR SSN AT THEIR DISPOSAL??? You don't need to be convicted as a felon as long as you don't get caught and KHOV doesn't care at all WHO HAS YOUR INFO!!! They just want your money, they want your body in a home so that it isn't vacant. This company is SHADY AS THEY COME and so are their employees. Do not risk your money, look elsewhere. I have heard horror stories, my friend knows people personally and this is really a sad story.
