Ordered Pool Liner company charged my credit card never received my Liner and cannot reach anyone via email or phone ripoff Niagara Falls New York

I ordered my liner 5/4/07. DPD Pools charged my credit card on 5/9/07. My order is still sitting in to be shipped status. I have emailed this company 3 times checking status of my order with no response. I called the 800# and the #716 direct number but was told the waiting time was over 10 Minutes also and to email the customer service department and someone would get back with me in 24 hours. Sadly 24 hours came and went and no answers. I thought the website was awesome with the animated customer service gal and thought the prices were great.

I have already contacted my bank to reverse these charges.in doing so found out that this company has 58 pending reports with BBB from customers in our same boat. I have also emailed my local new media Fox 5 Atlanta who love scams like this. I hope they blow this company right out of the water. I have learned a valuable lesson to research a company before buying from them. I will gladly pay more money for a liner just to know that I am not being ripped off!
