Jeffrey Marks, owner of Himco Security Products aka Himco National advertises every week in the L.A. Times that his business. We're the Professionals in reality, the pompous short little jerk with an overinflated ego has caused me so much angst and pain from his malicious lawsuit for his employee's negligence that I reported a year ago.

After sending two incompetent installers to my property without a supervisor, who stated on my message tape that he would have been there had he known that my fence installation had been scheduled, I had to tell them to leave and not come back without supervision. The half installed fence was bent, ragged wrought edges, holes left open and one of my dogs tripped in the hole head first and died.

When I told Marks to give me ten days and we'll discuss a solution, I wanted the half installed fence removed and my $4000 deposit back (his half wit supervisor, according to the rules and regulations of the California State Board of Licensing, 10 percent or $1,000 whichever is less is ALL that is supposed to be charged up
front for a job. Marks slapped a lien on my property and sued me for breach of contract which I never breached. He told me if he sues me, it will cost me a lot of money.

I counter sued for negligence and it certainly did cost me a lot, so much that I had struggle to keep my house out of foreclosure. He is a unethical, greedy short, whiny wimp who has to hide behind his insurance company due to his lengthy history of litigation suing people to compensate for having to take a back seat to his father who created the business.

If I would have ordered a background on him and his company prior to hiring him, I would have passed on it. I ordered the background check after he sued me. His legal history is unbelievable, both personal and business lawsuits.

I am still fuming over what I have had to endure since that lawsuit which I had to end because I couldn't afford to continue to trial. I hope he rots in hell and NOW I AM GOING TO REPORT THIS INCIDENT TO CALIFORNIA STATE BOARD OF CONTRACTORS which I should have done three years ago.
