Ripoff Unorganized and Dishonest They Lost my Rent

Make sure to get receipts when paying in cash! I was told on many different occasions that the months I paid in cash were unpaid. They try to skim off the top, and then threaten to bring you to small claims court to get your unpaid rent. Very disorganized with money and paperwork.

Also, when we moved in, the carpet was filthy. On top of that, the house was filled with old dirty clothes and a large mattress. Trash was everywhere.

When I tried to contact Bluff City Properties, it took them weeks to return my calls.
