Complete lack of interest customer service

My partner requested 100 flowers from RoseSource.com The flowers didn't seriously your day given. They came in poor situation. Of the 100 flowers 15 came damaged, 25 were who is fit (easily eliminated the external, brown petals) and also the remainder were anywhere between. These were intended like a shock for me personally, therefore it was a terrible frustration. I named the organization and got rehydrating instructions (not contained in my cargo), however the flowers didn't recover. I delivered digital pictures per the demand of Carla at RoseSource.com of the flowers as well as their sorry condition and after two times and many emails from me got an email back stating their "Representative of Logistics" stated the flowers were within the selection of regular (e-mail copied below). They appeared (and do nevertheless three times after their shipping) just like a couple of wilted, bruised, aged flowers you may observe within the supermarket.
