Lowball home appraisals for relocation companies ripoff

This Appraisal company is always consulted by buisness relocation companies because the said company is known for giving low home appraisals that effect the familes that their jobs are trying to relocate to new cities. Of course the relocation company accepts to buy the home for the low appraisal amount and therefore the families are stuck in a new city and environment without enough money for a down payment on a home.

This is unfair and I hope no one else uses this company for home appraisals in the greater New Orleans area.
