We ordered an Appriasal from Said person and never recieved the appraisal but money was collected

Summit Mortgage had ordered an appraisal from said person Lymatt Appraisals, Calvin Roberts on 11/30 The appraiser noted he was having a difficult time getting a hold of the client. Summit Called the client and re-scheduled a time for Mr. Roberts to complete an appraisal. Lymatt Appraisals had a lady named Shelly or Shelia go to the home of the client on 12/14/07 to complete said appraisal. On 12/17/07 I spoke with Calvin Roberts Owner of Lymatt Appraisals and was told the appraisal would be completed on 12/17/07 and a FHA case number was needed.

Summit emailed the Case number to Lymatt Appraisals on 12/18/07 at 11AM and since then Calvin Roberts nor Lymatt appriasals has been able to be reached. Lymatt Appraisals has collected 350$ from Summits clients and has not delivered said goods to be delivered in a timely manner nor has he responded to the many emails and phone calls to Lymatt appraisals. Summit Mortgage is going to seek damages and lost commissions from Lymatt appraisals. We will be filling civil charges at the end of December.
