Four-Year-Old Home Has Drafts, Wrinkled Carpet and Electrical Problems

We bought a 32x80 home from International homes Owned by Clayton. It is barely 4 years old now, but when I reported the defects it was still under warranty.
The carpet is so wrinkled I have tripped and broken 3 toes. My son fell and had to have back surgery and my grand daughter had to have stitches in her mouth.

You can see daylight and feel air thur all the doors and windows. The spackling on the ceiling is falling off. The electric trips all the time. The trim is not mitered even. The floor in the kitchen was laid with debris under it. All the grout in the kitchen and bathrooms are coming apart. The counter tops are coming ungled and raising up. The heat pump was to small for this size house, and for 3 years until we had it replaced 3 main vent was left loose in between the floor and the insulation so we paid outrageous electric bills.

I have reported it several time, and the last time I was made fun of by their regional manager. Before all this happened I help them sell 5 other homes, and this is the way they treat me.
