Crook and co stay away from that business ripoff

This is all true. For a small leak on my water line I call those people. They came, 3 people the next day. Dig for about 10 min then decide they need a trackhoe (for digging less than a feet). Came again the next day, still 3 people when only one was needed, dig a huge hole, broke two other pipes when digging, finally fix the leak with a $0.47 plastic part straight from lowes and leave without even taking the time to fill the hole. Less than 2 days after the repair was leaking again and I fix it myself for good. Surprise, a month after. I got in the mail a bill for over $1000, charging me more than $300 an hour for such a poor job. When I refuse to pay for such a thing, they waited until I have to leave the country and put me to court during my vacation. I finally paid just for having some peace but I am not letting this go that way. Of course they are hiding in a PO Box and doesn't answer the phone as well as they avoid to get certified letters. My advice to anybody, stay away from that company
