Failed to fullfill contract or provide assistance

In February i signed a contract with Vacations only with the understanding that they could and would sale or provide rentersfor my timeshare property. They claimed they had a good track record of moving property quickly and that if they could not do so at the price that I set they would contact me to offer my advice and assistance in making a competive offer.

I have not heard from them since. When I have tried to contact them I would not get through to a person who could or would help me. I would get the run around and promises of return calls from someone who had knowledge of my account.

You would do better putting your own advertisement in the papers
