Ripoff no resolution after six months

I thought I was buying a couch with a special promotional rate. Three days later, the store (Storehouse Furniture—part of HSBS Retail Services) called me to say they were declaring bankruptcy and would not, could not deliver it, and that I was still 'on the hook' for all charges.

When I called HSBC they put it into dispute and forgot me. I call every week, and one of their reps has said that I owed the money and all fees EVEN though I NEVER received anything.

I can not get any help. They just send me form letters with empty promises of resolution but nothing happens.

They are Rip Off artists. All I want is my account cleared and then closed.
