High-pressure dishonest overcharge

Horrible restoration company with high pressure sales. Do not listen to their reps - they will tell you that you need services that you really do not.

The problem is that your insurance company will not tell you what you need or don't need, just that you need to "mitigate the damage." Don't be intimidated by these crooks at ARS! I am in law school, and believe me, I will make it my goal to criminalize predatory practices like ARS'.

PS. They would pee all over the toilet, step on the toilet rim to reach the wall/ceiling, and then track their nasty urine boots all over the floor.
