Ripoff Tankless water heater fraudulent warrenty dishonest customer service practices

In Late January or beginning of February I purchased a tankless water heater at Sets Systems Inc. I personally went to their site of business and inquire about the different type of tankless water heater. I was giving the information needed and was advised to purchased a model big enough for my house with 4 bathroom.

I purchased the unit on a cash basis, and filled out my warranty card right there. I have been very happy until this February. I noticed that the water was not hot but luke warm. On 2/20/07 at 9:00am I called the office them I called back around 10:00am because no one answered the first time. A lady took my information and I was told that a technician would be calling me within the hour. I had to call back around 3:00pm and that's when I was told that I was not in their computer and I needed to purchase a new unit since I did not have proof of purchased. I have e-mailed/called the office and no help.

Now, I am being threatened that they are going to take me to court on harassment charges. I have proof of e-mail received from the owner of this company. I am getting ready to install a new water heater, of course not from this company. I would like to warn other consumers about their fraudulent business practices. March.
