Sash Mutilation from Slimshade Shades

I'd Pella Designer Series casement windows with Slimshades mounted in July. One 5 decades later, the tones of all windows have indented the timber because they contact the sash (placing the tone along). On 4 windows the plastic blocks about the base of the tone have worked through the spot and difficult layer and therefore are mutilating the timber. I used Varathane Diamond Wood End in 3 jackets as directed from the producer coaching. Pella Iowa and also the nearby Pella supplier have now been slowing this criticism for 15 weeks without any acceptable restoration or alternative. Pella, undoubtedly, displays the toughest customer support I've actually familiar with any organization. I really regret my choice in selecting Pella.
