Poor Service No Results No finished buildable home plans Ripoff

This company is supposedly adept at creating home-building designs, creating buildable plans. It was dissapointing to note that after I spent about 1 year designing every small detail of a home and all I wanted was someone to drwa it on a blueprint I went to RDS and they only delayed, made excuses, and took my money. I took them to court but the judge delivered a nuetral verdict because there was no due date on the reciept. He said I may truly have a case (duh) but it needs to be written in contract. Well the SUPRISE is that the owner was not willing to write any due date down!

STAY AWAY from this smooth talking s.O.B. Because he talks the game very well but he can not produce.

And to PROVE what I am saying... I went to an architect with all of my details and he had it done in 1 month to perfection EXACTLY with what I gave RDS.

It is not worth my time to continue the court porcess but I fear for those less fortunate than myself.

Please heed this warning.
