Antonio Holt Took thousands of dollars saying he could produce a internet movie trivia game, and didnt produce anything

Antonio T. Holt has held my project up for over a year saying he could turn my movie trivia game into a web-based game where people all over could log on and play the game. He was suppose to create a website and also an interactive game.
He never produced anything he said he would do except a web page for people to create a log in account and password. My initial payment was $5,000 to begin the work, and later I gave him $3,000 more. I also paid a contract announcer $1,000 to do the voice overage of the questions that can"t use without a website/game. According to the contract we both signed, he was suppose to show his work periodically of his progress. I never recieved that either.
All I received from Mr. Holt were promises and excuses. He always had technical difficulties or computer problems that prevented him from producing the project.
He also has other websites of businesses. They are: BlueXtv.com, BlueJuiceHosting.com, BlueJuiceTemplates.com, BlueJuiceBroadband.com, and GoodFaithStreaming.com.
I sued Mr. Holt and Blue Juice media in small claims court where he refused to show up. The judge awarded me the claim, but I have yet to receive monies from this fraud.
Do not use any of these services. I should have known he was a fraud when I had to meet him at his home for business, and he said he was changing offices. Never did I meet him at a building, it was always at his home.
