Beware of Drees
Less than 2 months after purchasing a brand new home from The Drees Company I discovered water in the basement. Hidden behind the insulation I found a large crack that is twelve feet long and had been repaired prior to my purchase.
This was not disclosed to me and was hidden so well that my
inspector could not detect it. Now I am forced to live in and make payments on this defective house while my attorney fights to have my contract rescinded.
