This is a ins. Claim for a tear off roofing repair job on the house. I was waiting for my Ins. Company to okay the garage roof. Mr. DREES wanted to do the garage to. I said if the Ins. Company covers it. He told me he needed to do the house right away It would take him in his 5 man crew less than a day. May 16 he was to do the house. He wanted $3,200.00. He did not do t he work. Early June the garage was approved. Mr. Drees demanded with trying to scam the up front money my Ins. Company gave me for the garage. I told him no, he tryed to get me to firen him than on July 3rd he threatened me for the money $1,444.00 tore my roof off do to a storm moving in JULY 9 LEFT ME WITH A OPEN ROOF. THE CITY INSPECTOR PUT TO STOP WORK ORDERS ON T HE HOUSE & GARAGE, He wont turn turn any property damage into his ins. Company.in they told me he his no roofing Ins. It is a mess, this guy should be in jail. Its a big mess.
