Rude and Crude tried to rip me off for $900.00

Bought a refrigerator from Appliance World. Paid for frig and delivery on the same day. Paid them $928.00 CASH. Set up for next day delivery. Next day, no one came. Called Appliance World, no one knew where the order was. They would call me right back. Never heard from them. I called the next day, blah blah blah from company. Called for 7 more days, blah blah blah. I called company to cancel order. Bottom line is: it took them about a week to find my frig, they showed up at my house with the frig, and it was broken. They had the nerve to ask me if I still wanted it. I told the driver that I had cancelled the order last week. Went two weeks without a frig. Went out and bought another one.
When I called Appliance World to get my cash back, the salesman gave me the biggest hassle of my life. When I went down to pick up the check the salesman actually pushed his chest up into my face. Then he said he did not have the check, that he had just dropped it in the mail.

I had to go thru h*l to get my money back from this place. I took very good notes on my calls to this company. I reported them to the Better Business Burea. Appliance could not understand why I was so mad. After all, I did get my money back. Good thing I had enough money in my savings account to buy two refrigerators at one.

This company does not care about there customers. Be careful when purchasing any appliance with them. Fyi
