They charged me $500.00 for a service that was not delivered, ripoff

When you hear Timeshare Adventures, Inc. Think rip-off. How are they in business this long? How is it that the law allows companies to offer services that can not be garanteed? According to them, the services were not garanteed but nowhere in their letter they wrote that statement. Furthermore, the letter says that they will advertise until "sold or rented."

When I listed my property with them, they said that they will sell it within 3 to six months. It is almost two years now and they have not done a thing.

I would like them to give me my money back because they did nothing for me. They are saying that they are not giving me anything unless I prove it to them that I sold the property by myself, and then, they will give me 50% or 25%.

This is not a fair business. They have offered me great services, this is one of their statements: "our skilled, trained profesional staff will work diligently to help you accomplish your goals."

Please help me report this business so it does not take advantage of desperate people like me again.
