Deceptive website over charging for shipping

Their website is very deceptive. The cost of shipping was not disclosed until after my credit card # had been entered, and it was too late. I immediately send an email to "customer service" and asked them to cancel the order, they did respond to my email a day or too later, said they would "try" to cancel the order.
I never heard from them again. Two small baggies with 6 hooks in each, ended up costing me $55.60.
What a rip off!
