The website leads you to an e-mail address or phone number to cancel the hooks. I like the hooks but I have received enough of them to last about 10 lifetimes, even after giving many of them away to family. I do not get any response from using the e-mail, so I called and was told they would be cancelled. 6 months and 60 hooks later, they have still not cancelled. I am paying 5.99 for the shipping too, and will have little recourse but to have that stopped.
