Ripoff misepresented delivery time and failed to deliver merchandise

I purchased 6 recessed lights from the above company. They were offering a special if I purchased an equal number of trims. So I purchased 6 IC housings and 6 trims. I received the IC housings yesterday. The total cost of the order was $122.88.

They charged me $115.00 for a 2 day delivery on top of this charge. I have only received the housing which appears to be very cheaply made. I have made several calls to this company and spoken with individuals sounding of chinese origin who are very rude and un professional and extremely non chalant about my enquiries about my order. I asked for a refund of my shipping cost and the guy who claims to be the manager would not give me a straight answer or credit amount of my refund and then he hung up on me. I believe I have been ripped off. This is not a legtimate organization and since its in USA it should be prosecuted. THe sales person's name is Tim. The manager is Pete.
