Ripoff did not install what was purchased

Entered contract with css fence sep 2 2006 gave 6500 deposit told within 2 weeks fence would be ordered, after numerous calls and letter attorney generals office and bbb rear fence went up looks like a beginner put it up was told numerous times that the white vinyl fence we ordered at same time would also go up finally it did go up mid dec only to find that it was not the mfg we ordered appology from owner brenda forrest who told us after the fact that the fence we ordered would have taken them to long to getso i guess we are stuck with something we did not order paid them additional 4000.00 on contract monies still owing on contract 3900 which i will not pay we have been slandered and also harrased bythis co and now we will hire a lawyer and file harrasment charges with local authorities we only tried to be fair we asked for our monies back which before white fence was ordered orinstalled which was 3000 then and we told they would not give us our money back they hav not answered bbb, i do not know about attorney generals office thank you
