Ongoing promises since Nov of refund for item cancelled and Never received ripoff

Nov. purchase for windstorm vac (IGIA) off infomercial of buy one get one for s&h, was charged $518.11, twice as much as advertised-cancelled order by telephone, item was not received and refund was to be credited back on my credit card-takes 2 billing cycles to see results-so I waited and waited and waited-

It is now Jan and still waiting - BBB was contacted and they sent a letter to company in Sept company aknowledged said letter with more promises of refund.

It's a sad state of affairs when a company can flip its nose at the Government and the consumers and laugh all the way to the bank without concern of any recourse to their actions

I refuse to quit fighting - I will report this company to anyone and anyway I can until I get my refund and other consumers know of this company's poor dealings - IGIA is NOT a company to do business with.
