Delivered damaged furniture and the damaged furniture cut my finger and left wood shards in my finger. Over 2 weeks later, still waiting. Corporate office is unconcerned

Purchased over 3400. Of bedroom furniture before Christmas. All pieces damaged. Still awaiting Armoire, first one left in my home, back busted and color not regulated and base has rough wood. The wood cut my finger in front of delivery men and I was still pulling wood shards out of my finger the next day. The replacement one was damaged also.

I recalled the corporate office today and they were unconcerned. I was informed to write a letter with my complaints and they would contact me if they felt they needed to call me.

The store manager in the town I bought the furniture in is a ghost, never there or available to speak with me. The office manager has been great but he is limited with what he can do as is one of the assistant manager. I have to wait another 12 days to have another delivered. Beware of Rooms To Go. Since I have told this story, I have heard horror stories from other people.
