Bad pool and concrete contracto

We have a pool with surrounding rock work. We hired Ron Gentili after a referral of Pirhana Pools (Rancho Cucamonga) to come out and resurface our rock slide and re-color our rock scape. Ron Gentili gave us the web address of Gentili Custom Pools (gentilicustompools.com) to review his work. Claims he did all of the rock work at that url.

Ron Gentili turned out to be a very bad choice! Ron Gentili did several things well but then came the excuses and the unexplained changes.in the end we had to have our slide resurfaced and resealed ($1k) and ultimately we will have to figure out what to do with our plaster. We had a light gray plaster giving a light blue lagoon look and after dripping paint on the plaster our pool looks completely green. After many repeated phone calls we finally gave up as it was excuse after excuse.

This is a hard lesson to learn but protect yourself against the Ron Gentili's of the world. Do the background research, get referrals.in the end Ron Gentili's mistakes will probably end up costing me about $5k (slide and plaster).
