Prohab Professional Renovation Company, BERNARD HESTER TOOK $950 for a job not did. Still havent returned $800

Hired this company to rehab a house in three days. They fixed a few holes in the walls and cut down weeds in the back yard. But they didnt hawl it away like the contract states. He had me waiting three weeks before i started the job myself. He told me bigger and better things came up but he didnt return my money.

Faced with a mortage payment coming up i used the house reserve to finish the job. It cost me over $2,500 and i was rushed to select a tenent and that have me $1,220 as of december in the hole because they havent paid rent.

I tried many times to get my money back but they never answered the phone. A month in a half later they gave me three hundred dollars. They still owe me five hundred. This man has caused me so much stress i think ive aged abit. I think i need to sue him before january frist 2007 before the new law takes affect. Because ive lost economical lost, and a host of other things that have cost me which i wasnt prepared for. Contract;clean up complete yard, cut downdead trees and hawl away;repair ceiling completely, paint and install tile;repair holes in wall;paint whole inside house;whole house carpeted;installsurround shower, vanity, laminate floor (bath);ceiling fan, total contract $1,800.$950 down payment.
