Harrassing phone calls, rude telemarketers, childish behavior, unwarranted collections actions, false claim that I owe them money

After my father died and I took over his business, I received a phone call one day... A person claiming the company they worked for had bought out another company (said my Dad ordered from the old company) and talked me into ordering a 6 month supply of their septic remedy for 15 homes. Not a small order. They charged my card for the whole amount. Shipment arrived, everything was good.

A few months later, I started receiving phone calls again from FBK Products. I informed them that I had already ordered a large order once and still had some of their product left. I was then told that they had updated their product, due to the different way toilet paper was being made now, and the old product (which I still had) would not continue to work. I ordered the new and improved product. I also ordered their Freshen Pro product as well.

After a couple months every Saturday morning at a few minutes past 8 my phone would ring. It was someone representing FBK Products trying over and over to sell me what I already had. I told them repeatedly to stop calling my home. My husband is a US Marine... One that has served his country and is still serving and deserving of being able to sleep in, in peace, on Saturdays. Every Saturday they would do this. Then it increased to include during the week also! I started calling the company to complain. I finally got hold of someone saying they were a supervisor and would remove my number from their data base.

The calls are coming in again from FBK Products... But this time they are claiming I owe them money! They call, I hang up, I do not have the time nor patience to put up with such nonsense. Tonight however, I answered. This male voice on the other end starts in as soon as I say "hello" claiming the balance of $77.?? Is not going anywhere and that my hanging up on them is not going to remedy the situation. I hung up again. I then called the company back... Trying to get ahold of someone besides the male that called me for he wouldnt let me ask any questions about my "supposed" balance. When a female answered, she didnt even let me finish telling her what I was calling for, said hold and put me on hold. Someone then picked up the phone and began tapping on the mouth piece! Now if I really owed them money, wouldnt they have the decency to put an adult on that end to handle things?

I am making a copy of this to email as well as snail mail to FBK Products and the Better Business Bureau.
