Terrible work!

I employed a company John Anderson, Professional-Technology to set up a terrace plus a slam for my handicapped spouse. We reside in the city of Colonie an he explained we didn't require a Contractors Allow. Therefore he created the slam and terrace n/e rules or even to requirements towards the city. And besides did a terrible work. We requested for that deposit back of $2,000 and don't give it back. We were informed to rip it along. The terrace is along however the operator of the playground stated we are able to abandon the ramp-up short-term, till we discover anyone to constructed it to signal and also to obtain a bldrs permit. Today we're in a pickle since we cant look for a company & we dropped our $2,000 to get a bad work done. He circles performing bad careers and gets away withit. He set heat recording on the ladies modular house nearby and place the incorrect type on. Some contractor looked over it a fixed it. This guy shouldn't maintain company. This playground is for more than 55 years old and he takes benefit of people like us.
