Deceitful, harrasing over telephone, fraudulant business practices Mt Carmel, Illinois

Back since March I had been purchasing, not renting, items from this store. I was told that I was such a good customer, until problems started one after another. I received damaged, incorrect and missing furniture. I was told it was being replaced and not to worry I was such a good customer that it would be okay and all work out.

Only to be November, for the atleast the last 3 months told the correct furniture was ordered and on its way, to find out most had never even been ordered.

The store manager, Stacy Rye, turned everything around and in 2 days, I became a lying, deceitful, unable to pay for and destructive person. I was accused of damaging the property their employees put together on a floor full of paint and I was told that all along that the furniture was coming and then turned around and told, I never wanted or ordered it and apparently I am so scattered and unable to communicate (I am disabled) I am the one to have ordered the incorrect pieces. I have been in a state of disbelief for 2 days. I have never dreamed that when this whole thing started, I would be sitting here 8 months later, helpless to the accusations (my word against hers) and with all other furniture paid off, left without the original furniture I have been waiting since June for.

They have also given me wrong prices and when re-ordered again today, charged me a different price, if I wanted the set I had been promised all along - I had to agree to pay the higher price.

I wanted to go elsewhere, but, their price was the best and that is why I was so patiently waiting. Only to be accused of all the things I previuosly described.

Please go elsewhere, out of town and do not give this place your business.
