They knew me and my husband really wanted a house, so they ran scam as if not to no each other that well. And melissa lied and said she didn't woek for a mortgage company when she did.

This is the story, she said we would get high rates on a 90grand loan. So she said let me buy the house and you rent for six months and then i sell it to you for the same price. Well six months rolled around and nothing

Well i found out her company has changed it's name three times and also, she and doug had been doing buisness all along. And they just saw take me for a ride on me and my husbands head. We never got the house we had a contract. She took us to court because we stop paying, 700.00a month on something we were putting in her pockect. She never stepped foot in the house and the person who origanally owned the house had left all kind of stuff from when he lived there.

I feel everyone should not do buisness with these type of people and beware of so called i'm just trying to help you catch you dream house. They took full of vantage off us and then tryed to avoid the reall conversation. We had a legal binding contract and she broke it in dec, of 2005. And tryed to keep us as renters.
