Getting paid cash, claims no employees when in fact has employees, hasn't paid child support in 11 months

This company/individual claims to not have any employees cslb.com #878999. Yet not only does he have employees but he also uses day laborers and minors which he pays cash. He used his own son in March for a period of two weeks as construction labor. Not only did he keep him out of school but he never paid his son for those two weeks. The police were called in as well as CPS. He as recent as October 27 called his son to work for him once again. His son refused and Ray expressed that he wanted his son and a "bunch" of his friends to put a floor in for him. His son refused Ray then called his son an a*e and hung up the phone.

Not only is he running a shady business by ripping off consumer's and employees by not paying workers compensation. But he has failed to pay his court ordered child support for the last 11 months. At a small amount of $365.00 a month for two children. Los Angeles County has yet to pursue this person. But I believe that if I were on welfare I would get fast results. This perpetrator continues to live with out any responsiility to his children nor to his community or the state. This is the type of father that gives all fathers a bad name. This is the type of contractor that runs up all our rates. He cares not for the future that his actions bring.
